Privacy Statement
This privacy statement (this "Statement") sets out the privacy practices for the Train for Work service owned and provided by The Training Foundation Ltd ("TTF" or "We") with the objective of building User confidence in the integrity of the Service. In accordance with best-practice guidelines as defined within the TRUSTe Privacy Programme we agree to notify you of:
• any personally identifiable information collected through the Site and/or the Service (the "Information");
• the organisation collecting the Information;
• how the Information is used;
• with whom the Information may be shared;
• choices available to you regarding the collection, use and distribution of the Information;
• the kind of security procedures that are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the Information;
• the necessary procedures to correct any inaccuracies in the Information.

Information Collection and Use
Information regarding a registered authorised user derived from their use of software within the Service (the "Data") is owned by the user and entrusted to TTF. TTF shall not sell, share, or rent the Information except as permitted by the User Licence as agreed by the User before use of the Service.
Registration
Users registering to use the Service are required to provide information eg name, address, email address, etc ("User Information"). User Information is used to validate the user’s authorised use. User Information may be provided only to the Licensee of the service in accord with the User Licence and is not reported to any other individual or organisation.
Confidentiality
All User Information provided to TTF during the course of the User’s usage period is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party by TTF without the User’s express written consent.
Cookies
TTF uses a cookie (ie pieces of data stored on a User’s hard drive which collate information about the User’s specific usage of a Website).
Log Files
TTF uses IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the Site, monitor usage, improve the Service, and gather broad demographic Information for TTF's aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to any Information.
Sharing
TTF does not share aggregated demographic information with any third party.
Links
The Site and Service may contain links to other Sites. Please be aware that TTF is not responsible for the privacy practices of any other Sites. We encourage Users to read the privacy statements of each Website that collects Information. This privacy statement applies only to Information collected by TTF.
Surveys and Contests
No surveys or contests involving Users are conducted.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect User Information. All Information is restricted in TTF’s offices. Only employees who need the Information to perform a specific job are granted access to the Information. TTF employees use password-protected screen savers when they leave their desk; when they return, they must re-enter their password to gain access to the Information. Further, employees are kept up-to-date on TTF's security and privacy practices and are regularly notified and/or reminded that it is important to safeguard User privacy.
Notification of Changes
Should TTF amend or otherwise alter this Statement, we will post these changes on the Site. You are always welcome to read the then-current Statement to become familiar with the Information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we might disclose it.
