Training Programmes
What are the programmes?
Both The Responsible Employee and The Responsible Manager programmes consist of 11 online course modules, each taking approximately one hour to complete.
The first module in each series is 'Ready to learn' which provides an introduction to those new to e-learning and guidance on how to get the best out of this learning experience. The remaining modules may be taken in any order.
The programmes are designed to give an insight into key business issues, many of which have legal implications for both the employee or the employer if policies or procedures are not followed. The programmes also provide a useful resource, or pre-course introduction, to support more formal, company specific training events.
